As downtown Goshen rolls out the fun for June First Fridays, we’re celebrating storytelling in motion with a special Author Meet & Greet at Fables Books. From 6–8 p.m., come meet two incredible regional authors whose books explore the beauty of belonging, adventure, and local history.

🌟 Stephanie J. Salisbury shares Little Star Finds His Shine, a heartfelt picture book that helps children discover their unique worth in the universe. This sweet and encouraging story is perfect for little readers and anyone who needs a reminder that we all have a purpose.

🚴 Aaron Helman, local history buff and cycling enthusiast, brings Ride the Jack Rabbit, a fascinating deep-dive into the people, places, and peculiar moments that shaped St. Joseph County. Whether you're a lifelong Hoosier or new to the area, Aaron’s storytelling will have you seeing your hometown in a whole new way. Stop by to chat with the authors, get your books signed, and celebrate the power of community stories. Whether you’re on foot, bike, or brew bike—make sure you roll our way!
